Our bodies, including our brains, were <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jstor.org\/stable\/10.1086\/508695?seq=1#page_scan_tab_contents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fine-tuned for endurance activities over millennia of stalking and chasing down prey<\/a>. \u201cWe\u2019ve engineered that out of our lives now,\u201d says <a href=\"http:\/\/www.northeastern.edu\/cos\/faculty\/charles-hillman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Charles Hillman<\/a>, a psychology professor at Northeastern University who has spent decades studying the link between exercise and cognition.
