Ved\u0101nta asks, \u201cWho is the one asking?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

What if time, space, and the world aren\u2019t outside\u2026 but within your consciousness<\/span>?<\/p>\n

Advaita Ved\u0101nta says:<\/h4>\n

Consciousness alone is real (Brahman), The world is Mithy\u0101 \u2014 neither real nor unreal.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a projection \u2014 just like a dream.<\/p>\n

Everything you call \u201creal\u201d is just perceptions arising within you.<\/p>\n

Shankara writes in the Vivekach\u016bd\u0101ma\u1e47i (verse 20):<\/h4>\n

\u092c\u094d\u0930\u0939\u094d\u092e \u0938\u0924\u094d\u092f\u0902 \u091c\u0917\u0928\u094d\u092e\u093f\u0925\u094d\u092f\u093e \u201cBrahman is real, the world is illusory.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u091c\u0940\u0935\u094b \u092c\u094d\u0930\u0939\u094d\u092e\u0948\u0935 \u0928\u093e\u092a\u0930\u0903 \u201cThe individual soul is none other than Brahman.\u201d<\/p>\n

Your awareness is not part of reality. It is the foundation of it.<\/p>\n

Can you see something without awareness?<\/p>\n

Can thought arise without awareness?<\/p>\n

Can anything exist for you without being known by you?<\/p>\n

This is Aj\u0101tiv\u0101da \u2014 the doctrine of non-origination.<\/p>\n

Nothing ever came into being.<\/p>\n

It just appeared \u2014 like a dream.<\/p>\n

Shocking? Think of your dreams:<\/h4>\n

You walk, eat, fear, fight \u2014 all seems real.<\/p>\n

But upon waking, it vanishes.<\/p>\n

The dream world never really existed, though it felt vivid.<\/p>\n

Ved\u0101nta says: Your waking life is no different.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe mind alone is the creator of the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis world appears only so long as the mind remains active.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the mind is silent, the world disappears.\u201d<\/p>\n

World = mental projection, stabilized by shared perception.<\/p>\n

Your mind shows you a movie \u2014 but you’re not the movie.<\/h4>\n

You’re the light on which it plays.<\/p>\n

That light = Consciousness Unchanging. Ever-present. Free.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Liberation becomes now.<\/div>\n
