Thus in front of <em>Veda Vyasa, Krishna<\/em> and other <em>Pandavas<\/em>, <em>Yudhishtira<\/em> asks <em>Bhishma<\/em> many doubts :-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Kim ekam daivatam loke<\/em>?\n<ul>\n<li>Who is the deva of universe?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Kim japan muchyate jantur janma samsaara bandhanaath<\/em>?\n<ul>\n<li>By chanting whose name, do we get out of the cycle of birth &amp; death.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bhismacharya answered these by \u201c<em>Jagat prabhum deva devam anantam purushothamam, Stuvan naama sahasrena purusha sathathothithaha<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After mentioning <em>Narayana<\/em> is one &amp; only Supreme protector, advices 1000 names of Shri Hari. Later<em> Veda Vyasa<\/em> with the help of <em>Sahadev<\/em> notes down this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chanting <em>Vishnu Sahasranamam<\/em> can cure any diseases. It also prevents fear, reduces quarrels in the family.<\/p>\n<p>This is a protective shield to children. If anyone finds difficult to chant whole <em>Sahasranama<\/em> at least they should chant this \u0936\u094d\u0930\u0940\u0930\u093e\u092e \u0930\u093e\u092e \u0930\u093e\u092e\u0947\u0924\u093f \u0930\u092e\u0947 \u0930\u093e\u092e\u0947 \u092e\u0928\u094b\u0930\u092e\u0947 \u0938\u0939\u0938\u094d\u0930\u0928\u093e\u092e \u0924\u0924\u094d\u0924\u0941\u0932\u094d\u092f\u0902 \u0930\u093e\u092e \u0928\u093e\u092e \u0935\u0930\u093e\u0928\u0928\u0947 (Chanting the name of <em>Shri Rama<\/em> 3 times is equivalent to chanting whole <em>Sahasranama<\/em>).<\/p>\n<h3>Vishnu Sahasranamam &#8211; for Nakshatra Dosha<\/h3>\n<p>People who can&#8217;t read <em>Sahasranama<\/em> daily can check the <em>shloka<\/em> corresponding to their <em>Nakshatra<\/em> &amp; chant it 11 times.
